Hi! Any guidelines for using the mask? Is it better to use just one color per prolonged session? Or use all three colors in each session for 10 minutes per color?

Hi... (maybe a dumb question)... in order to save time, can I use my Eterno Mask while I am sitting in front of my Firestorm? I sit in front of the Firestorm every morning for about 20 minutes, then use my mask later in the day for about 30 minutes going through all of the light frequencies. Can I just do them together? Hi, My mask is being delivered today! Can we use it after sunset or will it disrupt our circadian rhythm? Also, if it doesn't come with directions, for how long should we use it everyday, and what times of the day would be best? Thank you! Christine

Hi! I own the Firestorm.... so, when I want to have some red light after dark to help with sleep I just push the LED button? I'm a bit confused as it didn't come with much instruction when I received it.... thanks!
