Is it better to put up the preorders for the entire trilogy all at once? Or 1 at a time. I have the covers and 2 of 3 blurbs. Also what about cover reveals? 1/weekly newsletter? Or all at once? @Jill Cooper I'm reading you're newest substance and am finding it fascinating!
