✨️Gratitude Journal 30 day Challenge
Today we are starting a journey together of discovery & awareness. One of my clients experience from her 30 day challenge. "At the beginning it's the big things you write down & then it changes to the little things. You finding yourself looking everywhere for things to be grateful for. Makes you more aware. When l'm walking our dog & l look at the tree's their leaves & see how amazing they are. I don't sweat the small stuff & it made me feel more positive. I definitely recommend your community join the Gratitude journal Challenge " I am looking forward to all of us sharing how we feel during & at the 30 day mark. I am Grateful for you all joining our community & excited for our future success stories & making lifelong connections. I didn’t do a great job with the journal . I started strong but as you say above @Gillian Howes , I thought I needed to mention big things. Deep down I have decided I am grateful for the small family I have and few close friends. My circle is small but I feel they are all genuine people. Some have health issues but I try to make the best of every situation with them. I’m grateful for the chance to spend time with people I love rather than be forced to spend time with people I thought would benefit me. Life is good.

@Gillian Howes well, I managed to download and set up all my social media channels, play around with some apps to create some ‘coming soon’ stuff. Take more product pics and go to some suppliers today. I have written some scripts for some short reels that have a hook and a CTA. Now I just need to record them 😳😐😳

Gratitude Journal Challenge
At our group call last night, we made a powerful decision..... From 1st March for 30 days, we are committing to hand-written our Gratitude Journal daily. At the end of the 30 days we will discuss the benefits we have each gained form this challenge. *Gratitude Journal is located in the Classroom. - Print the 30 day Gratitude Journal, grab a pen - Make a cuppa sit calmly no rushing - Hand write in your Gratitude Journal Why handwriting? Because when you write by hand, you slow down, You become present. You activate deeper thinking & emotional connection. Handwriting strengthens focus, intention & retention in a way typing simply doesn't. Completing a Gratitude Journal for 30 days: 21 days to create a habit - Rewire your mindset towards abundance & seeing the positive in situations - Reduce stress & overwhelm - Improve emotional resilience - Increase clarity & self-belief - Shift your identity from reacting to leading 30 Days creates momentum. Momentum creates change Change creates a new normal. Remember this isn't about perfection, it's about consistency Let's Build this life changing habit together starting 1st March.
