New Resource Added *****Client Intake Form*****
I created a client intake form for you all to take and edit for yourselves so you can make it suitable for your business if you don't already have one. Hope this helps. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xrHgNTdaYOGhHADw7jZEshTWcU7pH8vUb_5Cs_5IaYs/edit?usp=sharing

Thank you - I love this! I used lots of intake forms for my nutrition business, but haven’t created something for this work yet. This is a great starting point.
Question about insurance
Hey ladies. I was wondering if anyone has coaching insurance? I am trying to figure that out and was wondering if anyone have some insight? Also if someone has some who do you use? Thank you so much. 🙏

I use CPH Insurance, cphins.com I started using them as a nutritionist, but they cover a lot of other health/wellness areas. I like that they offer a lower rate if you work less than 20 hrs per week. Great for people who are doing coaching as a part time or second job.

1. Create your business mission statement. What is your why??? 2. Name your ideal client avatar and give her an identity. What is her name? How old is your avatar? What does she need to know or remember? BECAUSE from here on out, you're talking to your one avatar in your content. 3. Tell me about your business. What do you do and any ideas you have about your business creation. Post your answers under THIS post, and I'll take your information and clean it up. I'll email each of you individually with your pdf so you can use it in your own GPT. I'll also upload a demo of how to create a FREE Chat GPT account.

My mission is to normalize grief as a sacred part of living and to help people process and transform their pain through nature, ritual and community. My ideal client has lost a person, a relationship, a business, their health, a physical ability, their trust, their faith, a dream, or any combination of these. They may also carry some of our collective grief, what we hold together as a community facing loss in our cultures, our cities, our countries, and the world, past and present. They feel lost, wondering where to go from here and how to more forward. How do I carry something this painful and heavy? Why do others appear to move on so easily? How can I honor the past and still embrace the future? Everything in my world has changed; what do I do now? They are willing to explore how the seasons of life are reflected in the seasons of nature and what that tells us about life and loss. And how grief can lead to a season of renewal and growth, while honoring love and experience. How I work with people: Welcome In. What if we welcomed grief in? What if, instead of fighting it or denying it or pushing it away, we invited grief in and offered it a cup of tea and asked about its worries? What if, with genuine curiosity, we asked what grief needs? Let me help you start a conversation with your grief. Heal Inside. Healing begins with a strong foundation. I use a personalized approach to help you uncover food, lifestyle, and environmental factors keeping you from the path to better health. One size does not fit all when it comes to nourishing our bodies. I provide the tools and support you need to reach your goals. Heal Outside. Tap into the healing power of nature and rediscover your place in the world. Through hosted or individual nature grief walks, forest bathing, altar building and other outdoor rituals, let your healing be guided by the cycles of your body, the seasons, and the world around us. Grief follows its own cycles of sadness and gratitude and neither is the wrong place to be.

I have one that I built a few years ago and never looked at again. One of the things I want to work on is branding my website and SM sites to the same name/address and update the content. HTTPS://Www.findblisswellness.com

Find Bliss Wellness was a holdover from my nutrition business. I’m trying to decide if I should just use my name, though it may not be available everywhere, or a new business name.
