Stop Accepting ChatGPT's First Answer
One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is asking ChatGPT for something... then using the very first answer it gives them. Here's a simple trick that can dramatically improve your results. Instead of only asking ChatGPT to create, ask it to review, score, and improve its own work. Think of the first answer as a rough draft, not the finished product. Here's a prompt you can copy and use: Create [YOUR TASK]. Then grade your own work from 1 to 10 using this rubric: 1. Is it clear and easy to understand? 2. Does it speak directly to the right audience? 3. Does it avoid sounding generic or robotic? 4. Does it have a strong opening? 5. Does it lead to one clear next step? Show me the scores in a simple table. Then rewrite the piece and improve anything that scored under 8. Why this works Most people only tell ChatGPT what they want. Very few people tell it what a good answer looks like. That checklist becomes your standard. Instead of saying: "Write me a Facebook post." You're saying: "Write it... then check your own work against my standards before I see it." The difference is often huge. The best part? You can create your own checklist for almost anything. Want a better TikTok script? Create a TikTok checklist. Writing an email? Create an email checklist. Teaching beginners? Create a beginner-friendly checklist. The more specific your checklist, the better ChatGPT understands what success looks like. 💜 Remember: ChatGPT can help you write, but you decide what "good" looks like. That's where the real magic happens. Check the first comment for an example Have you ever asked ChatGPT to improve its own answer, or do you usually use the first draft? Let me know in the comments.

One of the best bits of TT advice was from you. Giving it a role. The role you suggested was ruthless mentor. This helped to stop it constantly telling me zi was wonderful. I now really get Chat to repeatedly re-edit the post we are putting together section by section
Edit help
I have a single click noise at a junction between 2 clips. No idea what I have touched on TT edit to make it happen how do I get rid. I’m not on Capcut
How many videos did you post last week?
Quick question How many videos did you post last week and how many platforms are you posting on? Comment below

Post 3 every week unless there is something additional/special going on. I start on TikTok and then move the post onto IG and FB (FBis semi private) I would struggle to post more. The video that blew up a few weeks ago is now at 9,126,998 😬. followers on IG is at 67.2k and TT is 17.1k so 84.3k combined
Viral post and Chat
I feel I should make a public apology to Chat. I was complaining on here about various things in relation to TikTok, Instagram etc and Chat getting confused. So about 2 weeks ago we seemed to get back into our grove and my data started improving again. Last weekend I put a functional exercise video on both platforms to show how low effort lifts related to every day movement My TT one is doing well with 564,629 views and 2483 new followers. It appears to still be rising. The same video on IG is currently at 4,168,034 with 15,111 new followers and that is still progressing. My other posts are also doing fine, in fact a few weeks ago would have been thrilled to see data over several thousand on nearly all my posts. So sorry Chat for beating you up. We have a good working relationship.. for now. I was invited to my first influencer event at the opening of a new large Brooks store in central London last week and tge featured my TikTok video on their UK IG page. I have also been invited t be live on ITV’s This Morning programme on Thursday (this week). Things are looking good. Across both platforms I now have 38.3k followers Very happy bunny here

@Jenelle Livet I tried to copy and paste it on here but it didn’t seem to like. Same with the TV clip, I did what I normally do as in press my finger, copy and then paste. Is the method different on here

@Jenelle Livet my IG post is now just short of 7m. Just over 639k on TT . It’s been interesting how differently the 2 platforms have treated distribution for the same video. They have both sent it abroad and although the ITV programme treated it as an older person thing, my highest age group on TT is 25-34 at 49% followed by 35-44 at 19%. On IG my highest age group Is again 25-34 at 37% and then 35-44 at 26.1%. The rest of the age groups (except teenagers) are pretty evenly spread. The video was about using lighter weights in the gym to support every day movements. My message was lifting weights for living does not need to be dramatic I had much more engagement on IG and they sent it out as a story, reel and post. Not sure what the algorithm differences are on the two platforms. I always thought IG was a bit slow and ponderous., but my videos are doing well on there.

@Jenelle Livet I’m starting to get get the hang of it now and hopefully it will land a bit more tidily from now on. Any advice would be gratefully received. I suppose selling a concept is not that different to selling a product
