@Belinda-joanna Masse rainwater DEFINITELY do it or those recipes will be lost over time if someone doesn’t keep your box when you pass. What’s nice is once you get married, you’ll have family favorites from BOTH sides of their ancestry.

Thanks, Josh. Excellent read. It’s amazing the number of natural remedies that can be used as first line defense mechanisms against illness and disease. Unfortunately, so many of today’s medical professionals having fallen prey to Big Pharma incentives. I’ve found it’s become very difficult to find a doctor who prioritizes alternative approaches as a first line of defense. However, they ARE out there…. flying under the radar, not easy to find, and probably won’t be located in your backyard. Just keep searching. The effort (and drive) will be well worth it…!!! Your body will thank you…!!!

@Joshua Haag Sounds like a great idea. I’ll definitely give that a try. Thanks. I was also thinking of eating my larger meal like a European…. at lunchtime, and saving the lighter bites for my dinner. I always make lunch for two so Hubby can take his portion to work the next day. If I ate my ‘supper’ at noon, nuking his for his evening meal wouldn’t even phase him.
