This is great! Right now, I'm really tired. I got over the tiredness of my 1st trimester but its coming back, just not as bad.

@Lee Matthews-carter thanks! Thats all I drink is water! And protein with every meal. Good to know about the leg cramps, I get them sometimes at night!

Hi, I'm Christina! I'm SO so happy I found you Dr. LeeLee!!! I'm currently 19.5 weeks pregnant, my due date is May 3. I'm in my late 30s and know that I am not a spring chicken, and for this to be my first child it's the "birth part" that I am afraid of. I know that knowledge will only help me overcome that fear so I have been trying to research as much as I can to have an as-calm-as-possible birth. I love everything that you are about, and appreciate you for providing this space for me and everyone else looking for the types of support you are providing! 💛
