Ready
Reflection & Goal Setting
Let's reflect on the past week and set some intentions for the week! 💗 This past week, I'm really proud of my movement and also my adaptability. I'm usually an early riser and get my workouts done before the kids are up. But this week, I chose sleep and was happy to see how excited my kids were to watch me workout. They also pretend to workout constantly, so I'm really proud of what I'm showing them! 🤩 This week, my goals are to continue to move my body 5/5 work days and also be more intentional with my grocery shopping. Let's hear yours! Later today, I'll also announce our first community challenge!

It’s my first week and my goal is to log everything and get a hang of it. Today I stayed below my calories and protein, and right on target with fats. It’s interesting to see the visual and try to stay within my goals. It’s a lot of work right now but I am hoping it’ll get easier
Monday Motivation!
I speak to my students, my children, and myself about positive self talk constantly. I promise you, if my four year old can say, "This is tricky, but I am going to try hard and make it work," then you can too. We are what we say. You are strong, you are worthy of choosing yourself, and you are so capable of all of your goals. Let's crush this week!

So much easier to tell the kiddos at school than to live it yourself! Working on giving myself grace and looking for the good in myself!
