Reflection & Goal Setting
Let's reflect on the past week and set some intentions for the week!
💗 This past week, I'm really proud of my movement and also my adaptability. I'm usually an early riser and get my workouts done before the kids are up. But this week, I chose sleep and was happy to see how excited my kids were to watch me workout. They also pretend to workout constantly, so I'm really proud of what I'm showing them!
🤩 This week, my goals are to continue to move my body 5/5 work days and also be more intentional with my grocery shopping.
