There Is No Loss in Divine Mind
On July 19, 2013, I lost my wallet. Well, I didn’t exactly lose it, but… I went to the Flying J truck stop on I-45 and Richey Road in north Houston to answer nature’s call. As I sat down on the stool, my wallet fell out of my pocket. I picked it up and laid it on top of the toilet paper holder and promptly forgot about it. I was in Sugar Land, TX, some forty miles away when I needed to pay for something, and that’s when I realized that I never picked up my wallet off the toilet paper holder. The first thought that crossed my mind was something I had learned from my mentor and prosperity coach, Marilyn Jennet. She had quoted Florence Schinn as having said, “There is no loss in divine mind.” I called the truck stop, but my wallet was nowhere in sight. I thought about the Murphy quote and let it go. I promptly called and canceled all my cards – both of them. I didn’t have a ton of money in my wallet, just some personal belongings and business receipts. As time went on, I replaced the cards and bought a new wallet, something I needed to do before I lost my old one. As they say, life goes on. And mine was going along just fine, with all its ups and downs and personal challenges and triumphs, when, on December 26, 2013, out of the blue, I got a phone call from a number that I didn’t recognize. I normally don’t answer those calls. (I figure if the caller had a real reason to call me, they would leave me a message). But for some reason, I answered the phone. It turned out that the caller had my wallet at the gas station where he worked and had it for several months. He was cleaning out a drawer when he came across it again and went through the contents and found my business card with my phone number on it. He told me that he was at the corner of I-45 and Parker Road, ten miles from where I had “lost” it. I picked up the wallet later on that evening on my way to Sugar Land to see my brother, who was on his death bed with his third battle with cancer. Nothing was missing, not even the cash. I remembered my initial thought, “There is no loss in Divine Mind.”

Wow Powerful thoughts there. It's amazing how divinity uses life to give us little nuggets at the most appropriate time. Love this beautiful lesson you were gifted. It's yours. Divinely yours always!
Do you need to work hard to succeed in life?
I would like to know your thoughts on this.

I would ask, What is your definition of working hard?

@Rasheed Hooda Well then I would say that's not a requirement for success at all! LOL.
Do you have something that the world needs?

The world Definitely needs you! I'm adding my 2 cents here, which doesn't exist anymore because pennies are no longer LOL. But I feel we all contribute to the world we live it the communities we belong to. Our energy our characters our love is essential, every thought, action, look makes a ripple in this world. We all have something to offer.
Make a commitment and take action.
I was talking to James Bansbach earlier today about how I haven't posted a video on my YouTube channel in three months, and he said just post something saying just that and then do it everyday for 10 days and you'll be off to a start. Then my friend @Guy Bandy of Creating Changes made a post challenging everyone to share a song that fits this season of their life, a word that describes how they feel, and a change they want to make. So I said I am going to post a YouTube video everyday for 10 days. Then I went out and recorded a minute and half video and uploaded it without any editing. I learned a long time ago, that done is better than perfect. And here is the link to Day 1 So what are you committing to do?

Yes! Love this! This was my yesterdays thinking about doing for 3 days but not taking action until yesterday! For me life is teaching me lessons around every bend and if it's teaching me then I bet there are others who would find value in my own lessons. So here is mine! Sharing here as well as in my community to keep shedding layers of programing and beliefs that no longer belong to me.

Yep Surrender is key! Chasing tells the universe you don't have what you need and chasing more is what you want. When you stop and surrender you can open up to new possibilities. It's a good time to take a look at what you are really wanting to get and what your approach is speaking out loud. :).
