Last October, Allison, Will and I got on this kick about diet and decided to do a session on bio-hacking. We intended it to be a simple discussion on quality foods and whether supplementation was necessary, but it quickly turned into something we were NOT expecting. I cut the first part of the session for brevity, but in that part, Raphael, Metatron and Source were explaining that once an individual begins to move into 4th density where awareness that we are source consciousness sets in, supplementation needs set in sooner. In this clip, you'll hear them refer to the consciousness piece. However, in this clip, they discuss the other crucial piece to understanding what's optimal for your body. There is no one diet that is ideal for everyone and eating X does not necessarily support your spiritual ventures. Your consciousness dictates that, not your food. But they go on to explain here how your origin point on Earth is a key, for you, and you alone. The very first grandparents that began your family line ... where did they begin? In what region? What they were eating and doing and how they were living, the frequency of life in that region, THAT is what you need to embrace for the physical piece. I purposely kept this clip short so that people will be inclined to give it a watch, but I'll post more from this session if people are interested. Later we ask for the origin points for the three of us and THAT was not what we were expecting either. It's not likely going to be what your DNA test reveals. 90% of my DNA is Slovenia and Austria, but my genetic source region was nordic (which is the other 10%).

I just read through the transcript of the channeling from yesterday! I am still processing some of it and my thoughts about it but wow. A lot of great questions and a lot of beautiful information. I specifically ask about water and of restructured water was helping me physically and spiritually. The answer was not only yes but I was gifted with being told how we can restructure water with intention and then asking for knowledge from the water as I use it. Reminder all water has been here on this earth from its beginning so it holds allllll knowledge. Thanks for the opportunity @William Brown and @Allison Brown for sharing your gifts of connection.
