I know this because 15 years ago I was stuck in chronic pain due to a chronic illness I had (Costochondritis). Nothing I tried to help myself break free from pain worked. It wasn't until I discovered a tool online that I used by myself and healed myself completely that I realized why all my efforts to help myself previously had not worked because I was making these 4 mistakes 1. Only addressing the physical pain. But chronic pain is a multilayered problem. What affects you physically, also impacts you mentally, emotionally, spiritually. You are mind, body, spirit. So you need to address all those mental, emotional, spiritual pain layers too, to experience lasting relief. 2. Continuing to do the same treatments (medications, physiotherapy, ultrasound therapy, hot packs, cold packs etc.) even though I was not seeing any lasting improvements. But if something is not working, you need to try something different! 3. Thinking that the root cause of my chronic pain was a physical incident. I had thought that the cause of my pain was overdone gym exercises. But the truth is that to uncover the root cause of chronic pai, you have to go beyond the physical layers. Yoruhave to dive deeper to the emotional, mental, spiritual pain and heal those layers so you achieve significant relief. 4. Thinking that I had tried "everything"! Since nothing worked, I was going to be stuck with the pain for good. Truth is that there are so many alternative approaches out there . I was totally unaware.
