Hello fellow gym Kings! I haven’t worked out today yet. But yesterday I jogged 20 minutes pretty steady pace. With 2 minutes in between 5 minutes of jogging. I logged 15,568 steps it was a busy day.

Here’s my lunch: Great Value Canned Shredded Chicken with Canned Cabbage & Tomatoes and Okra 🍅. Add a little Tabasco and you’re good to go 🌶️🔥. I use paper bowls/plates/cups and disposable silverware since I’m busy so it's an option for those who don’t have the time.

Ran for 30 minutes and walked for 30 minutes. Training for a 5K later next year.
