Got off the coaching call with Sam and sent off the text to 3 of my contacts from the format he gave us. Here it is if you need it: "Hi, from the top of your head, how many realtors you personally know that you like and trust?" Here were the result: 1. He knew 4 he could introduce me to 2. Said he had 0 3. He knew 3 he could introduce me to 3 text, 7 potential connections.

I personally never sell the rate, I sell the payment if buying and the relief it could bring refinancing.
