Hey guys was hoping I could get some of your input here. I’m working on designing almost inventing if you will a new item that was vastly improve efficiency for operations and production at my facility and I’m just getting very frustrated. Of course this is part of the process coming up with something that has never been done before there is no blueprint it’s all in my head, and I must admit Im really getting there, just last parts of everything coming together and operating smoothly is just driving me insane at the moment lol. I was just curious what types of motivational factors, thinking you guys use to help with the struggles. Mine are it will of course improve productivity/ efficiency vastly and to be honest I’m extremely proud of myself for getting this far let alone coming up with the idea so that is very motivating for me, but just was curious what motivational thought process other use that I can apply here.
