DO YOUR VIRTUAL EVENTS OR ZOOM MEETINGS SUCK? 😳
Okay… maybe “suck” is a little harsh. 😂 But when you show up on Zoom, do you look like everybody else? @Lion Fludd shared this quick video showing ONE simple example of how he makes his Zoom presence look more polished and branded. 👀 Look at that lower-third on the screen. Your name shouldn't be hiding in tiny letters in the corner. Your name, brand, and what you do are right there where people can actually SEE them. And that's just ONE of the things we're talking about during: 🔥 LOOK GOOD TO GET PAID WELL 🔥 📅 Monday @ 2:00 PM CST 📅 Thursday @ 10:00 AM CST Can’t make Monday? Come Thursday. Want to catch both? Come to both! ⚠️ Each session has its own Zoom link, so grab the link for each call you plan to attend. Lion is going to show us ways to stand out on Zoom, amplify our presence, and make our virtual events more memorable instead of looking like every other little box on the screen. ▶️ Watch Lion’s quick video and notice the difference for yourself. And if you want more from Lion, jump into his 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 community and see what he’s teaching over there, too. 🤯 See you Monday, Thursday… or BOTH. 🔥

People Are Visiting My About Page...but Not Joining
I’m getting people to visit my community’s About page, but they aren’t converting into members. For those of you who have improved your About-page Conversions, what made the biggest difference? Was it your headline, community Promise, About Video, Offer, Pricing, or something else? I’d appreciate any insights from those who have experienced this.

📌 A quick note on how this Directory fits into the bigger Skool ecosystem
I want to be really clear about the intention behind this space, especially as we grow. There are some incredible promo and visibility communities on Skool that are specifically designed for community owners — places that teach, support, and amplify people who are actively building and running their own communities. This Directory is not meant to replace or compete with those spaces. In fact, if you are a community owner and you haven’t explored some of these yet, I highly recommend checking them out: • the Classifieds • The Skool Hub • Leadership Skool • Business Synergy Sisterhood • Digital Boss Community Hub • SkoolHERS • Skool Nexus Each of these serves community builders in powerful ways, and many of them have helped shape the Skool ecosystem as it exists today. ✨ 𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝘁? This space exists primarily for creators, coaches, and educators who: - have an offer, service, or resource - want visibility - but don’t have (or don’t want) a full community or website of their own It’s a place to be listed, discovered, and connected 🔎 and also a place for people to ask for what they’re looking for and get pointed in the right direction. If and when someone here decides they do want to build a community, I see these promo communities as natural next steps, not competitors. There’s room for all of us to do what we do best — and this Directory is simply one small piece of that larger picture.

🚦 RED LIGHT GREEN LIGHT: Back to Basics
𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱. The original Red Light Green Light was simple: you've got about ten seconds to grab someone's attention and tell them who you are and what you do. That's it. One line. No warm-up, no explanation, no "let me tell you a little about myself first." This weekend, we're getting really good at that one line. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆: Comment below with ONE line (figure out how to get hyper specific and focused) your name/business + what you do, tight enough to land in ten seconds flat. Not two lines. Not a line and a follow-up sentence. One. Then go give feedback on a few others using the light system: 🔴 Needs work — too vague, doesn't land, missing the hook 🟡 Getting there — good bones, but something's holding it back 🟢 GREEN LIGHT — this is clear, clicky, and ready to go ⚠️𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝟮+ 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 from other members. Don't jump the gun! Give feedback before you ask for it — the best rounds are the ones where everyone's playing both sides. 🏆 And there's always a winner: whoever gives the most valuable feedback this weekend earns a 24-hour pinned post. You win by helping others. 🏆 Last round's winner: @Aimee Jardon! She showed up big, giving thoughtful, specific feedback to over a dozen different members... proof that this game rewards the people who help others, not just the ones posting their own stuff. That pinned post is all yours this week, Aimee! 🎉 Honorable mentions: @Jenny Rader-Bakos, @Lisa Vanderveen, and @Glenn Summers... y'all brought the heat too. Thank you for show how it's done!👏 Now ... go get that green light!

@Henry Hunter The storytelling is engaging, but the exercise asks for one tight sentence delivered in under 10 seconds. Who specifically does Crust & Crumb Academy help, and what result do they achieve?
