Day 5
Here we are working on basic exercise. Exercise is a critical part of losing weight and a health journey. Starting off with the basics with 10K steps per day and resistance training a couple of days a week will pay off. Hi Guys, This month is one of the toughest months of my adult life. As I'm working through a career transition, my head was in a tough place last night... So I put on the walking shoes and spent some time praising my Heavenly Father, singing worship songs while walking. At the end of the walk... what started as an angry walk, ended up with a smile on my face and optimism knowing WHO'S I am :). 4 miles on the tracker, and optimism and gratitude in my heart and mind... Eric was right... exercise does help! Little bit of Jesus was great too!
