My origin story - I need your help👇🏼
I started building my personal brand 11 years ago (IG), and had some wins, but I’m nowhere near where I want to be. Atm I have 25k on IG“ and about 30k on TikTok, but I feel “stuck”. Right now, I have my own agency in Norway, helping speakers film, edit, post, and book gigs from social media. My goal right now is to create an international offer as well, so that I can aquire clients from anywhere, not just locally in Norway. 🇳🇴 I’m unsure if this is something I want to do for 10+ years, but right now it’s good ROI for the time that I put in. I’m not utalizing my personal brand at all when it comes to my agency, it’s two completely different things, and I would like to “merge” them in some sort of way, so that building my personal brand can get me clients/income. When I build my personal brand , I feel aligned. But I’m unsure about how to monetize and how to feel good about doing it. I want to feel proud of what I’m delivering.🤝🏼 (I have all the equipment that I need, and have a really good understanding of the cinematic/aesthetic process. I just need to gain clarity going forwards.) Let me know what you would like to see from me, and which route you personally would take. Thanks a lot for all your feedback! - Olav

🎥 Creators HQ Weekly Challenge – Level Up Your Craft 🚀
Alright legends, time to put in work. Being a content creator isn’t about waiting for “motivation” it’s about showing up, pushing your craft, and hitting publish even when it’s uncomfortable. This week’s challenge is simple but brutal: 🔥 Film, Edit, and Post ONE piece of content every single day for the next 7 days. - Doesn’t matter if it’s short-form or long-form. - Doesn’t matter if it’s your main platform or testing a new one. - What matters is: consistency + execution. 👉 Here’s the kicker: each post must include at least ONE element you’ve learned from Creators HQ (color grading, framing, storytelling, hooks, etc.). No lazy uploads show us growth. 💡 At the end of the week, share your favorite piece in the community. We’ll all drop feedback, ratings, and help sharpen each other’s game. Remember content creation is war. Most people quit because it feels “too much.” Not us. We outwork, outcreate, and outlast. Who’s in? Drop a 🔥 below if you’re accepting this challenge.

🎥 Inspiration Drop: Morocco Vlog 🌍
Legends, I just watched a vlog from a big influencer who documented his vacation in Morocco. The guy had it all drones, expensive cameras, crazy setups. At first glance, it’s easy to think: “Well, of course his content looks cinematic, look at the gear he has.” But here’s the truth: the magic wasn’t just in the gear. It was in the B-ROLL. The way he layered cinematic cutaways, detail shots, transitions, and movement is what gave the video its polished, immersive feel. 👉 And here’s the key for you:You don’t need a drone or a $5,000 setup to achieve that effect. Even with your Lumix, a basic mirrorless, or your phone you can create cinematic B-roll that takes your content from “basic vlog” to next-level storytelling. What to focus on: - 🎬 Angles & framing – shoot wide, medium, and close details. - 🌅 Environment – capture little things around you (streets, food, hands, doors, textures). - 🚶 Movement – slow pans, walking shots, or handheld motion. - 🎨 Consistency – make sure your color grading ties it all together. - 📌 Your Task: Watch the vlog → pay attention to how he uses B-roll → then go out this week and film 5–10 cinematic B-roll shots you can weave into your own project. Remember: B-roll is your secret weapon to stand out, and you don’t need Hollywood gear to master it. Drop your thoughts below👇what part of his B-roll inspired you the most?
