Saved it - thank you Sara & Vickie for sharing
Grateful!
For the understanding you all have of me HSP and introvert. You understand why I don't' show up as often as I "should". But you get that. I think of you all often. Anytime you post I get notified. So we are always just a few key strokes away. If you are in the US. Wishing you a fabulous Thanksgiving.
Grateful!

Black Friday
Do you have a Black Friday offer? I know they make me groan, too. However, they are a good way to get folks into your business. Below is the first post to my email list. I am getting my offer out now. (It may be lame, but it's how I am rebelling against the normal) Would love your thoughts. ✨ “You’re not behind—you’re just overstimulated.” What if this December didn’t demand more of you— but restored you? You don’t need another push-hard plan. You need two grounded mornings to reset your energy and steady your income. That’s what the Cashflow Calm Challenge was built for—sensitive achievers who crave repair, not performance. 📅 Dec 1–2 🕘 9–11 am EST ☕ Online, cozy, wherever you are Join for $27 (normally $97) before Nov 26. → Reserve Your Spot Now

I reserved my spot!
Three things I learned about business in the back of a medical transport
I did not know I had riding in the back of a medical transport to the hospital was in my bucket list. Yet, there I was. Long story short I had numbness on the right side of my face went into ER and although the test came back clear they sent me to the hospital for more test. Now as a speaker here is where I would create more tension and draw out the story but I will not do that to you. All the test came back clear or normal. I did not have a stroke. So what did I learn about business in the back of the medical transport? 1. Strap in business can be bumpy. Although the ride was smooth and not hurried. ( no siren sound or lights) Five straps held me in the gurney. I was held in tight. 2. It is okay and enjoy the squirrel moments when your mind wanders. It went like this. “What deep message is God trying to tell me about this? Oh. Look that is the brightest pink truck I have ever seen” “ What should I be learning for this experience? Wow, that palm tree forms the most perfect ball. So high in the air.” 3..Be flexible. Life throws us curve balls. I had to cancel five appointments. And was in the hospital for 27 hours. In the past that would have been a concern of letting people down and not professional (I’ve had a coach who praised one of her team for making sales calls while her son was in surgery. Really! ) Bonus: Ask for help. In the hospital I was consider a fall risk. So I was “locked” down. Nurses called it jail. They had an alarm on the bed that screamed at me to get back in bed and called the nurse. I had to call a nurse to get out of bed to walk to the bathroom. It was uncomfortable to hit that button when I was really capable to go on my own. But there was something comforting about knowing someone would show up for me. What do you need? Ask we can help you get out of “”jail” or If ya need I will break you out!

Sorry to hear of this ordeal but relieved you are okay. No one ever figured out the cause? Love your lessons!
Honoring you! The rule breaker.
We are rule breakers. Quite rule-breakers, but nonetheless pioneers, creating a trail for others to follow their own rules for relationships, me-time, health, emotional health, and business. Maybe you don't think of yourself as that. However, if you honor your energy, intuition, and speak your truth, then it is true. There are no obligations in the community, unlike others that say you should show up at least once a day. (Several times a day is expected to be normal) Even I don't show up every day, especially on the weekends. My time off and away. I may check in or not. Always know this community is always here and you are always welcome. I adore your guts, grit, and honoring your energy to know what is right for you. I love it when you do show up, share, and comment. Thank you!
