Good to Meet You ALL!
Hello group! I'm Kathryn Wilking, Author, Decorator, Feng Shui Expert and (part-time) Podcast Host. I don't have a favorite movie, yet I do love scenarios with depth, love and problem-solving interest. - From Forrest Gump to Star Wars! Yes, I help people set up their work spaces to be productive and rewarding. TIP: Think of your ZOOM image as your new 'business card'. Here's a ZOOM SNIP. Have a great weekend! Warmth, Kathryn :)

Great tip @Kathryn Wilking Welcome!!
How's your energy?
I have noticed not only myself but with my clients, "things" seem to be running amok. Life seems busier or needs more of your attention. Business feels the same. Juggling more balls, projects, and life tasks than in the past few months. Are you noticing this too? Would love to hear from you.

🤫 Lead Like a Whisper: The Confident Introvert’s Guide to Quiet Authority
Inspired by Fred Wilson: “A person who is quietly confident makes the best leader.” Leadership doesn’t have to sound like a megaphone. In fact, for HSPs, the loudest room often isn’t the wisest one. This is a reminder that your calm, steady presence is leadership—and often, the kind this world needs most. Here’s how to lead with quiet conviction (and zero performative pep talks). 1. Create a Signature ‘Silent Power’ Outfit. Find the clothing combo that makes you feel like a therapist-meets-CEO. Wear it for brave tasks. Channel soft confidence. 2. Practice Saying ‘No Thanks’ With Your Eyebrows. Confidence isn’t always verbal. Let your energetic boundaries do some of the heavy lifting. Bonus: it's deeply efficient. 3. Replace “Should I Say Something?” With “Is My Presence Saying Enough? ”You don’t need to add noise to prove value. Your stillness speaks volumes. Let it.
