KING, let me be real with you… A lot of men don’t lose connection with their wife because they don’t love her. They lose connection because they don’t know what’s happening inside themselves. They feel something… But they can’t name it. They get triggered… But they don’t know why. They want to respond like a KING… But the KID reacts first. And before they know it, they’ve said too much, said nothing atall, shut down, got defensive, walked away, or blamed their wife for something they never processed internally. That’s why "Internal Communication" matters. Because before you can communicate clearly with her, you have to be honest about what’s happening in you. You have to ask: “What am I really feeling right now?” “Why did that bother me so much?” “Am I responding to what she said… or reacting from something unresolved in me?” “What story am I telling myself right now?” “Is this the KING leading… or the KID protecting himself?” Emotional intelligence is not weakness. It’s KINGdom leadership. A KING does not ignore what is happening in his heart. A KING brings it before God. A KING slows down long enough to discern what is true. A KING does not let one emotion become the ruler of the whole house. Because here’s the truth: When you cannot lead yourself internally, you will struggle to lead your marriage externally. And that’s where many men get stuck. They keep trying to fix the conversation with their wife… But they have not yet dealt with the conversation happening inside themselves. Brother, today’s KING MOVE is simple: Before you respond, pause. Before you defend, discern. Before you shut down, name what you feel. Before you blame, look within. Because the KING God CREATED YOU TO BE...doesn’t avoid his inner world. He leads it. So let me ask you: Where do you need more emotional honesty with yourself right now? Your wife is not your enemy. Start letting the word of God examine what's happening within YOU. #KINGENERGY
