Did you try a new exercise that really hit? Maybe you just want to document your progress with your lifts? This is the place for it bro. I want you guys sharing how the program is going for you, any new exercises that you are trying that you like, and all of your PRs! When you see someones post, like it and comment. Brothers id rlly appreciate any suggestions / feedback on my current split: *only 2 sets per exercise Mon: Rest / cardio Tues: Chest + Back Wed: Rest / cardio Thurs: Shoulders + Arms Friday: Rest / cardio Sat: Chest + Back Sun: Legs Progressive overload has been little shaky, so not sure where im messing up

@Kestler Lloyd TYSM man! Do you think training chest and back only once a week is enough tho with 1 push and 1 pull session a week? I get the notion of low volume high intensity, but isn't that not enough>
