Hey everyone — I’m Chris. I’m here because I’m actively building a community called Your Land Is Gold for landowners who want to turn raw land into income-producing assets, and I want that community to function as a true mastermind, not just a content hub or discussion forum. Right now, I’m in the process of shaping the structure, expectations, and accountability so members are actually learning from each other and moving forward together. Day to day, I operate a glamping business and work closely with landowners at different stages of development, which gives me a real-world lens on what works and what falls apart. I joined this group to learn from the Mastermind Blueprint, pressure-test my approach, and build something that creates long-term value for the people inside it. Some like luxury (hot tubs, fitted beds, easy-to-start fire pits). Many couples don't necessarily have the same enthusiasm for the outdoors, so glamping is a perfect alternative.
