If you are an expert, and yet you feel frustrated that your presentations or talks don't seem to 'land'. If it feels like people politely smile and nod, then walk away without taking any action or any further interaction with you, then I want you to know it is not your fault. You have been sold some poor information. We all have. Basically we have been taught that there are two types of talks or presentations. Those that educate or those that sell. But if you want to build your authority, promote your project, business or service then there is a third type that you have never even thought about. I call it a Captivation talk or presentation. This is a TEDx style talk. Something that pulls you in, shows you something you didn't even know existed, let alone realise how important it might be to you.
