Curious if anyone uses an enterprise/paid version of an AI chatbot to automate or assist with processes (outside of the obvious -- rewording emails, asking questions, etc.)? We are considering ChatGPT or Copilot right now. Does anyone use either of those (or a similar AI solution) and have any insight on your experience? Good morning! Back in June @Kevin Stephison had asked about using "AI Notes" for virtual meetings in this thread. I'm currently considering adding a meeting assistant to help with my Zoom/Teams meetings to record/transcribe/summarize my client meetings. I know @Joe Moss mentioned in the thread above that he's used Grain and Fathom. Curious, Joe... which of these 2 would you recommend and why? In the same thread @Brian Quaranta mentioned Avoma. And @Mark Wellman suggested a couple additional options. Anyone else trialed or using any of these tools and have any thoughts or opinions? Thanks very much 😀
