Night shift
How does everyone get themselves prepped for a night shift? I’m always curious to learn what others do or have done in the past to get themselves flipped over quickly, keep themselves properly fueled etc. Myself the night before I fly to work if I’m going to be working nights I try to stay up as reasonably late as possible, then a good solid nap when I get to camp. I “try” to avoid the sweets and breakfast. Get a decent workout in (easier said than done sometimes). Stay hydrated, etc.

@Carrmen Kirsh It's a gas processing plant. This is all brand new to me. I've been at saskpower for 4 years working in the coal plant.
