If you’ve been feeling blocked, uninspired, or like creativity has packed a bag and left the building… this one is for you. 🥰 Set a timer for just 5 minutes and make anything. No pressure. No masterpiece. No overthinking. You could: 🌿 Scribble shapes 🌿 Blend one colour into another 🌿 Write a tiny poem 🌿 Rearrange objects into a photo 🌿 Doodle with your non-dominant hand 🌿 Collage scraps 🌿 Make a glorious mess When the timer ends, you can stop. Or carry on if the spark has returned. Sometimes creativity doesn’t need discipline… it needs an easy doorway back in. The pics below are my current sketchbook I cut a paint supply catalog in half and I am painting backgrounds or using the images as part of my creation. The fact that is it doesn’t matter how messy it is makes is unique in itself, but I love journaling and sketching like this it’s so freeing 🙌🏻 Share what you made below if you’d like messy beginnings very welcome here 🤍

Creativity is not rare. What is rare is being given the time, safety, and permission to explore it. Some people were told they were not artistic. Some were taught creativity had to be useful to matter. Some simply got too busy surviving to keep making. But creativity is not reserved for a gifted few. It lives in all of us in problem solving, in curiosity, in imagination, in noticing beauty, in making something from nothing. Perhaps the question is not “Am I creative?” but rather “When did I stop believing I was?” 💜

Today we went to my favourite beach called Goodrington in my hometown of Paignton for my Birthday 🎂 🥳 It was so nice to feel the sun on my face, wind in my hair and that fresh sea air smell ❤️🌊 Hope your all having a lovely weekend 🥰
