More Skool Dads Effect
Being in @Skye Mackintosh’s community today and the energy in there gave me some REAL perspective and a new found appreciation for the process.

@James Traub totally agree. My group comes from an emotionally struggling, troubled child and parenting perspective. It’s often a world of shame, judgment and fear. It’s a different dynamic for sure. Some parents in the group are pretty fragile.

@Ryan Carnohan totally makes sense. Create online relationships similar to if you wanted to hang out with this person on a Thursday night. Otherwise it comes across as transactional, and that doesn’t build rapport or investment in a friendship You can’t force a relationship on someone, nor is a friendship built with one conversation
The Skool Dad Effect!
@Skye Mackintosh just launched his community this morning and is already at 35 paying members!!! He ran through the Preskool Program with @Brian Walsh and @James Blackburn this week. There is something magic happening in here and you are all a part of it! Keep it up @Skye Mackintosh we are here to watch you step into your genius! Proud and inspired friend! ❤️💪🫵

@Michael McNeley and if you’re referring them, you’re incentivized to keep them there. I think I’ve been sleeping under a rock for a while
PreSkool Works! 🙌
Five months into building my community, it's been a ghost town. Paid ads consistently bring in 2-6 new members a day, but it's been total crickets (averaging 0-1 activities per day for months!) 'Lo and behold, I started implementing what I'd learned from @Brian Walsh in PreSkool on Monday and the community is coming alive! 🚀 97 activities for the week (so far) 🚀 People are answering poll questions and leaving comments 🚀 I've been in 2+ DM conversations each day 🚀 And had several new members book coaching discovery calls I also have to give credit to this community for showing me how to use posts and questions and comment replies to create and drive better engagement (that's a big part of it too!) 👍 The number of people who have been inactive in the group for weeks or months who are suddenly re-engaged is amazing. 🤯 I really didn't expect that, but clearly the hunger/need that led them to join in the first place is still there. So... Question: Who else has a quiet community that you know has the potential to be so much more AND hasn't yet participated in the PreSkool experience? Time to fess up and get yourself enrolled!! 🫵💪🔥🚀

@Liam Lebeter how do you get people engaged in the Skool platform who aren’t familiar with it? Most have followed me from LinkedIn but engagement sucks for the most part. I’ve tried to DMs to a lukewarm response.
You green!? (Day 4)
How is that activity looking? How about you @Chad Johnson 😜🫵 Post it up boys!!!
