Test vs Estradiol
Got my bloodwork again. I’m on enclo to help get my test into a healthy range. Based on the ratio below, do I need to get my Estradiol down? What’s a good ratio? Estradiol - 46 pg/mL Total Test - 597 ng/dL

Best Beginner Cycle?
I was planning to run 15 mg of MK-677 and 10 mg of Cardarine for 8 weeks, followed by 4 weeks of MK-677. To combat insulin sensitivity, I am considering running 500 mg of Berberine everyday alongside. Suggestions?

@Daniel Laidlaw hey man yeah I get what you’re saying. They were two different cycles. So on Enclo and ac262 my test went from like 340 to 600 or so. I ran 12.5mg of Enclo 5 days on 2 days off. Ac262 I was at 10mg for 4 weeks, then 15-20mg for the rest. I then got off ac262 and lowered my Enclo to 12.5 only twice a week. My test was about 540 at that point. Then my next cycle I did the same with Enclo 12.5mg 5 days a week. And went 10mg rad140 for 4 weeks, and 20mg for 8 weeks. Kinda a long time. My test went down to about 250. Currently doing a PCT and expect my test to be back up when I do bloods again.

@Daniel Laidlaw lol I’m not a good one to ask on that. I’ve been balding since I was like 22 so I couldn’t tell the difference.
