Spike the ball :) share a win for the week
I’d love to hear any of your wins for the week. I’ll go first… Doesn’t matter how big or how small. Let’s celebrate progress. Spiking the ball… The last three days, 9 leads, 5 completed applications and one contract from the 9-leads already. Today’s just Wednesday. People are moving. We’ve got to keep asking for the business on every conversation. Also, another place we are winning is the trust in confidence of listing agents. Make sure that you’re doing your Tuesday. Updates throughout the transaction and asking for the business at the end of the call and that you would love to work with them and their clients in the future.

My win is closing a couple of loans that had nagging challenges in the last couple of weeks. I started off the year on track with 5 closings in January and then February and March everything I had drug on and didn’t close on time only closing 3 total for February and March. April came back with 4 closings and May has 3 as of now with the potential for a 4th. I’m getting back on track and hoping the group and lessons learned here will grow that substantially.

Glad you're here. This community is for loan officers who are tired of inconsistent months. Not officers who don't work hard. Loan Officers who work hard and still can't figure out why production goes up and down? The answer is almost always the same: no system. Over the next few weeks, I'm going to share the frameworks I use and teach. Practical. Specific. Stuff you can apply this week.
