Helping parents—manage their schedules is often less about finding more time and more about reducing the mental load they carry every day. 🌱 1. Create a Family Command Centre 📒 Keep important in one place: - Weekly calendar - School events - Appointment reminders - Meal plans - Chore lists Whether it's a wall planner or a digital calendar, having one central location reduces stress and prevents things from being forgotten. 2. Time-Block the Essentials 🕣 Divide the day into blocks: - Morning routine - Work time - School and activities - Family time - Evening routine Instead of scheduling every minute, focus on the major parts of the day. 3. Prepare the Night Before 🌌 A few minutes of preparation can save a lot of stress: - Lay out clothes - Pack lunches - Prepare school bags - Review tomorrow's schedule Mornings tend to run much more smoothly. 4. Use the "Top Two" Rule ✌️ Each day, identify: 1. One must-do task 2. Two important tasks If those two things get done, the day has been productive, even if everything else doesn't happen. 5. Build Routines Instead of Constant Decisions 📖 Children thrive on routine, and routines reduce decision fatigue: - Homework time - Bath time - Bedtime - Household chores When routines become habits, parents spend less energy managing them. 6. Accept Help Without Guilt 🆘 Parents often feel they must do everything themselves. Support can come from: - Family members - Trusted friends - Neighbours - Community groups - Other parents A support network can make a significant difference. 7. Schedule Buffer Time ⏲️ Unexpected things happen: - Sick children - Traffic - School calls - Last-minute errands Leaving gaps between commitments helps prevent the entire day from falling apart when one thing changes. 8. Involve Children 🚸 Age-appropriate responsibilities teach life skills and lighten the load: - Making beds - Packing school bags - Setting the table - Feeding pets

🤔 ARE YOU SELLING… OR SCARING PEOPLE AWAY?
Something I've learned from hosting conversations with entrepreneurs on my podcast: People don't necessarily hate being sold to. They hate feeling pressured! I recently had another conversation with @Harold Faulkner , who shared a different perspective on selling. One takeaway really stood out: 🔥 Stop hiding the fact that you're in business. Be confident in the value you provide! And here's something else… The people you surround yourself with can change the opportunities you create. That's why I'm a huge believer in getting into rooms with people who challenge you, teach you, and introduce you to others. Whether it's through communities, podcasts, or networking events, relationships create opportunities! 🎙️ Our conversation premieres Monday, November 2 at 8 PM ET on the Network Marketing Insider Podcast. Here's my question for everyone in Evolve: 👇 What's harder for you right now? 1️⃣ Finding people to talk to 2️⃣ Turning conversations into customers 3️⃣ Following up without sounding pushy Drop your number below. I'd love to hear where you're getting stuck! Connections → Conversations → Conversions.

Creamy Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Casserole
Make in batches and freeze. Yield: Approximately 8–10 servings Preparation: 20 minutes Cooking: 45–55 minutes This is a comforting family favourite with tender chicken, savoury bacon, mushrooms, and a rich, creamy sauce. Ingredients 1.62 kg chicken thigh fillets, cut into chunks 300 g bacon, chopped 500 g mushrooms, sliced 3 onions, diced 5 cloves garlic, crushed 75 g butter 75 g plain flour 1 litre chicken stock 400 ml cream 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons dried thyme 2 tablespoons oil Salt and black pepper to taste Method: Brown the chicken. Heat the oil in a large pot. Brown the chicken in batches, then set aside. Build the flavour. Cook the bacon until golden. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook until softened. Stir in the garlic. Make the sauce. Add the butter. Once melted, stir in the flour and cook for one minute. Add the stock. Gradually pour in the chicken stock, stirring to create a smooth sauce. Simmer. Return the chicken to the pot. Add the thyme and mustard. Simmer gently for 25–35 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Finish with cream. Stir in the cream and simmer gently for another 5–10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season to taste. Serve with: Creamy mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or steamed vegetables. Family favourite tip: Add 300 g of frozen peas during the final five minutes for extra colour and sweetness.

Making Room for What Matters Most
I'm beginning to simplify my life, starting with the number of communities I'm involved in. I've already left quite a few, not because I didn't enjoy being part of them, but because I've realised I need to be more intentional about how I spend my time and energy. I'm going to start limiting the time I spend on Skool because I have other priorities that require my attention and are more important to me. There's little benefit in being involved in so many communities if doing so means neglecting the things that truly matter. Sometimes, simplifying life means learning to let go of good things to make room for the more important things. It's about being intentional with our time, protecting our energy, and ensuring that our priorities are reflected in how we actually live.

I was on this! The main reason i avoided being in too many communities.
🤯 I MAY HAVE GONE A LITTLE OVERBOARD…
I was updating my Connection Creator Academy classroom and realized something. I've been collecting, creating, and sharing resources for years. So I decided to make the whole classroom available to members. Connection calls. Recruiting. Podcasting. Content marketing. AI prompts. Video creation. YouTube. Even building a Skool community. All included for $10/month. But here's something I've learned from being part of communities like Evolve: Information is everywhere. Real relationships are what create opportunities. That's why my Academy isn't just a collection of courses. It's a place to connect, learn, collaborate, and actually put things into action. And I wanted to make that accessible without a massive price tag. I'm curious about something… If you could improve ONE skill to help grow your business over the next 30 days, what would it be? More leads? Better conversations? Content? Follow-up? Building a community? Drop it below. I'd love to hear what everyone is working on. 👇
