Looking at oneself is hard!
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I never saw before: my perfectionism isn't a high standard, it's armor I built to hide the forgetting. For years I called myself dumb and lazy when the real answer had a name the whole time. The advice I wrote to my younger self is the advice I still need today.

I can relate. Perfectionism has been an issue for me too and really slows me down.
Day 1
Biggest insight: there has been a lot of negative self talk my whole life due to ADHD symptoms that I hadn't really really recognized before. My open loop is: we received a package here months ago with our address listed as the return address and it got shoved in a corner in the foyer and forgotten. It is still sitting there, and I need to bring it to the post office. One word for how I feel right now: intrigued
