Afternoon -“Motivation isn’t the problem. Boredom is.”
People with ADHD don’t lack motivation we lack stimulation. We’re not lazy; our brains literally run on dopamine, and boring tasks just don’t give enough of it. Once I stopped chasing “motivation” and started chasing interest, I got more done. 💡 Hack: Add novelty to boring tasks new location, new playlist, new timer challenge. It’s not “tricking” your brain it’s working with it.
