Happy New Year, everyone! As we embark on this new year, I wish you all great success in our endeavors. Reflecting on 2025, my most significant achievement was taking the bold step of purchasing my first Below Market Value (BMV) property at auction. This decision represents a departure from my usual cautious approach; I have historically preferred to play it safe and often found myself lagging behind. However, surrounding myself with individuals who embody a positive and ambitious mindset has encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. This investment not only yielded a BMV property but also comes with the added advantage of sitting on half an acre of land, complete with planning permission for the development of two additional properties. This experience has taught me the value of embracing calculated risks and the importance of surrounding oneself with the right influences. Here’s to a year filled with growth and new opportunities for us all!
