There is this essence to a day... We see the doing of the week past. We see the weekend ahead and then the next and over and over.... There is an endless wheel we are on, rolling along... Accumulating. We forgot that we are the wheel. When was the last time you knew, felt, saw, pulled back to being just the center of the wheel? Today, no matter the answer above I want you to ensure you're going to stand. At some point your feet will need to feel glued to the ground beneath you. Bare feet... Whatever surface you're on. Follow that felt moment. In that, just listen and feel the life around you. No questions as to what's right or wrong. All of it is both. We assing those two words far too often. All there is ever truly is true. So answer this if you will. What is it to be true?

Authentic, without distortion or fear. to shine without clouds in the way. or just shining anyway even if there are still some clouds, and not being worried about them. To be able to express without filtering oneself for the sake of pleasing others. Ive not shared my story publicly (yet) -possibly because of not wanting my family to see the truth of my experience as a child and them trying to tell me otherwise. because my experience is mine no matter what their perspective is/was. Ive tried talking to my step dad about it, and I was not met in the way that I had hoped to be and felt very dismissed. So when I do start to share (which will be soon) Im not posting it where they can see it. Am I contradicting myself here?
