5 things to do for Insomnia
I was supposed to come up with five things to fulfill my life to help me sleep better at night. I can’t think of 1!! I’m so tired when I’m not at work, I usually watch TV (which I’m learning can be draining in itself) Any help is appreciated. 💛 I told Maggie I bought one of those adult coloring books the relaxing kind 😉 I didn’t even finish a page. I love to be creative but that wasn’t doing it for me for some reason. Maybe I’ll try it again …..

@Kim Tomasello Slightly different than yours, but my task for almost a year was to “be present and have fun” and when I began Maggie clocked me at 1% for knowing what I think is fun 😂 It took me a few months to even make a list of things to try. I was so mad at myself for not knowing how to have fun! I can now say I have a whole list- I have more fun little crafts than my bedroom nightstand can keep up with, and my numbers have passed 75% It takes time! When that muscle has not been used it is frustrating and feels like you’ll never figure it out. Keep going. Keep an open mind and feel excited to learn something new from the people/environment around you. When I finally eased up on myself and started with something small- suddenly I was being GIFTED all these hobbies and fun things- now I see things I would like to try EVERYWHERE. Pay attention to what your clients are into, what comes up on your social media, what you’re seeing out and about. Even noticing what didn’t sound fun to me helped me be more clear about what did! @Maggie Wendt ’s horse quest is my favorite thing to see updates on 😆❤️ Such a good example of getting out of your comfort zone and being open to what your higher self is pulling you towards!

Just listened to the recording and trying not to focus on why it didn’t align with my higher self to be live because EVERY subject/topic was on point for me needing to hear (except German medicine, that’s a new one for me) @Olivia Thompson. I was spot on resonating with you and I think that was you at the end also, I was getting sad because I wanted to ask about my cold and then you came on and asked. I don’t have a 20 month old to wake me up but MY DOG wakes me up in the early morning hours and can’t get back to sleep. Can dogs be energeticly connected to us???? @Sara Misner thank you for asking about THS levels!!! And husbands!!! I’m trying to figure out why mine triggers me sooo much, especially him chewing. Such great information. There was so much more than I’m not including in here 🤯 Want to know what to do next!!!

Pets are 100% linked to their owners (: My cat keeps getting sores on her left ear and my husband will follow behind with eczema on his lol. Your pets are self sacrificing and here to help you! Even the type of pet you choose, breed of dog, etc is a reflection. If they’re having potty accidents, waking up at night, anxious. It’s all a message! ❤️

@Kim Tomasello isn’t it crazy once you see it! Both our cat and two of my 3 boys are linked to my husband so I just watch all the reflections like 😅🫣 I resonated SO much with Sara just wishing it worked by osmosis- I hear it and wish that the knowledge alone would fix it 😆 But it really is work and discipline to unweave those strengthened pathways!! Slowing down enough to integrate rather than just learn more more more is a work in progress for me.
Education Podcast
Who listened to the most recent podcast about individualizing your children’s education needs with intuition?! It was so good! My mind is reeling. As a former teacher I had the same public school experience as Maggie did- locking kids in a padded closet, restraints, being sworn at, kids sending naked pictures on Snapchat, kids with abusive situations, just so upsetting that when I had my first son I quit teaching and homeschooled. While intuiting last night, I discovered none of my 3 sons should be exclusively homeschooled and something in me was not at all surprised- I had already begun to expect it. Anyone else re-thinking what the best fit is for their kids?! What did you think about the podcast?! It made so much sense Nd really got me thinking about how we come to our soul purpose and accepting that our kids lives are going to have adversity and challenges- for good reason ❤️ It still hurts to think about as a mom!

@Kim Tomasello oh my gosh, I’m sorry you’re going through that ❤️ That was DEFINITELY your intuition telling you to make a change for your son!! So many young people struggling with this right now- being disconnected from nature, being on PHONES (just saw a talk last week about what the short tik tok type videos are doing to the dopamine centers in our brain 😣) and just feeling powerless in this world- even us adults are struggling with that. I think one of the best things you can do for your older kids is to model taking care of your own mental health and body. They may not listen to you to what you tell them- but to see you modeling it out loud and doing the things that bring you joy, following your intuition and regaining your power, taking care of your body is so powerful. They see that, they can FEEL that energy and even at his age he’s still going to take away bits and pieces from you. ALL energy is able to be shifted. This is part of his story and he’s so lucky to have you as a mom loving him through it. Not to mention you are in the BEST community of initiatives and healers to support YOU in this journey! ❤️
