Nervous system sensitivity and overstimulation
Help! Ever since completing the 144 integration, my nervous system has been more sensitive and overstimulated. I can't even watch sports, some movies or tv shows anymore because the anticipatory or suspenseful energy causes a system overload. Maybe it's another type of energy that I'm more attuned too now but I dont know. My body literally starts to panic and I get a headache. I already struggled with anxiety but now it's a lot worse. Any tips, tricks etc would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I know you posted a number of days ago but want to check in…how are you? And yes these things are apart of it. Anything that desensitizes when you’re in a deep process will be extra pronounced in your system. Lots of breath, baths and staying present. Your system will reorient to these changes. It’s like looking into a camera and when you widen the lens it gets blurry and you have to realign and readjust to the new setting. Your consciousness is expanding so be gentle on yourself. Our systems were never designed for the over stimulating input that is all around us. Sending my love.
