The Power of Small Faithful Steps
Here’s is a key habit I got from the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.i hope you find this a habit you can put in place in your share of influence. Key Principle: Small habits create lasting impact. Many women underestimate the value of consistency because they are looking for big moments. But influence is often built quietly: - praying consistently - showing up faithfully - encouraging others - staying organized - managing emotions well - keeping integrity when no one sees - - Scripture: Zechariah 4:10“Do not despise these small beginnings…” Question: What small habits are shaping the woman and leader God has called you to be?

Yes, I believe that I was called. The magnitude of the capacity God has called me to can bring fear and self-doubt. He has shown me rooms and opportunities that sometimes I do not feel qualified to be in. He has also spoken through other leaders who have confirmed the great magnitude and capacity of the leadership He has placed on my life, which can feel overwhelming and scary at times. I’m thankful for the word you shared. It ignited something in me, encouraged me to stay the course, and inspired me to study those in the Bible who also dealt with fear and self-doubt. Moses doubted his ability to speak, Gideon felt too small, Jeremiah felt too young, and Esther faced a moment bigger than herself.
