Can Only Pick One
If you had to choose just one peptide for the rest of your life, which would you pick? Mine would be Ipamorelin which supports the body's natural growth hormone production, promotes recovery, helps maintain lean muscle, improves sleep quality, and supports healthy aging without replacing the body's own hormones.

At this time, I anticipate remaining on Reta long term, as I view it as a treatment for the chronic disease of obesity. The medication has provided significant metabolic benefits, including improved blood sugar regulation and reversal of diabetes, as well as improvements in cardiovascular, liver, and kidney health markers. It has also supported sustainable weight management, appetite regulation through increased satiety and reduced food noise, improved energy and motivation, muscle preservation, reduced systemic inflammation, and fewer episodes of idiopathic neuropathy. I value its potential role in supporting long-term cognitive health. Continuing treatment allows me to maintain a body that feels healthy and sustainable for me while remaining off several prescription medications that were previously necessary to manage obesity-related conditions.

Today's Live: All Things Peptides (🌶️) @ 2:30pm PST
For the members jumping on today, I want to let you know we will also be streaming live on TikTok. Since we will be discussing peptides, which will be referred to as peppers (🌶️), we will have to use code words so we don't get kicked off our live stream. Social Media can be finicky; you see some people who can say whatever they want, and others who do the same, and their accounts get banned. So we are going to play it safe. Whatever peptide (🌶️) you want to discuss, just put in the comments the name of the (🌶️), and your question will be answered. Thanks for understanding!

What do you think is the most overhyped peptide in the research space right now
I want to hear your perspective on this. Drop your pick in the comments and explain why. I am looking for real insight based on what you have seen in the research or from being in the space and paying attention to what people are saying and doing. Which peptide do you think is getting way more credit than the actual data supports? What is the one everyone is hyping up, but you have looked into and thought was average at best? It could be something where the research is weak or selectively presented? It could be a situation where marketing is moving faster than the actual science. Could it be claims that do not line up with what is actually published? It could be a compound with real mechanisms, but is it being treated like a miracle solution? Or maybe it is something that blew up from a single study that was never replicated or validated? I am not sharing my answer yet. I want to see where everyone else lands first, and then I will jump in after a few of you weigh in. Let’s hear it 👇

Early on in my weight-loss journey, I thought I was in a stall, so I stacked Cagri based on what I was hearing from others. I read the pic below & believed it would do all of these things. For me, it felt like it lowered my serotonin or other brain chemicals. I experienced a mild depression. I did not see it do any of the things listed in this pic. I'm not opposed to using it, but I wish I would have been warned about the potential change in mental status if I cycled it. Now I know, so I will just make sure that I add in other peptides to counter the side effects.
