Quick Buy question
Does anyone have experience doing a transaction with Quick Buy? Thanks

Sure, I have done a transaction with them. A seller client wanted to take the one transaction cash purchase. Once that was done, I spear-headed the restoration and listed the home. In this scenario, I got paid at the end, but it was a good experience, it gave me a.number of touches for the surrounding area and my SOI, and a new investor looking to do more deals with me.

Update on that, Quickbuy is now trying to only pay me on the listing and not the full amount that they advertised and was agreed to so you may want to be wary. I may have to take them to court.
