Why Monday's Exercise Actually Matters🧡
Okay so Monday's worksheet wasn't just a nice exercise to notice things, here's why it actually matters. Your brain is always looking for evidence to back up who you believe you are. When you notice a quality in someone you admire, that's not random, that's evidence, proof it already lives in you too. ➡️What's your evidence? Share in the comments💬 Lindi 🧡

Show Me Your Saturday
How's the weekend treating you so far, is it actually feeling like a weekend or is the to do list still chasing you around. Hope you're getting a proper rest mode moment in there somewhere, even five minutes counts. 🖼️Show me with a GIF what your Saturday looks like right now, coffee in the garden, kids' sport chaos, catching up on nothing at all, whatever fits the moment 👇

If You Can See It, You Have It😍✅
Okay so here's a different kind of week opener, think of a woman you genuinely admire, could be someone you know, could be someone you've only ever watched from a distance, alive or not, doesn't matter. Now name what it is about her that actually gets you, her steadiness, her humor, the way she takes up space without apologizing, whatever comes to mind first. Here's the part I love, you couldn't have spotted it in her if some version of it wasn't already sitting in you. Noticing it is the proof. I made you something for that, the Role Model Confidence Boosting exercise, it walks you through who you admire, what you're really seeing in them, and one small way to practice it yourself this week. 📎📝Attached right here, 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗱𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 📊What kind of quality is it? ➡️Vote, then tell me in the comments what she actually does that shows it.

What's Your Actual Rest Mode💜
Forget the worksheet for a second, this one's just for fun. What does your actual rest mode look like? I want to hear all of it. Mine is a lazy afternoon with nowhere to be, popcorn and a good rom com, a bath with salts and music that slows everything down. 👇💌Tell me below, I'm taking notes for myself too 😄👍And have a scroll through the comments too, I bet you will find your people in there (like and comment on each other's comments)

I Snapped Over A Coffee Cup🗣️🚨
Monday I was deep in that menopause inflammation ache, the kind of tired where even lifting your arms asks something of you. I tidied the room anyway. Every cushion straight, every surface clear, and it took everything I had to get there. I asked Hubby, is there any other washing for the basket. He said no. Then I found more washing. I didn't say a word. I just picked it up and kept moving. An hour later he put my coffee down a little too loud and I nearly bit his head off. It was never about the coffee cup. My body was already running on empty, and the coffee cup was just the last thing it could hold. That's what alarm mode does, it's rarely about the thing in front of you, it's about everything that built up before it. If you grabbed The Nervous System Check In yesterday, this is exactly what it's tracking. 🚨🙋‍♀️Tell me, what was your coffee cup moment recently.
