I can't help myself but eat food. I have ADHD so I seek dopamine through sweets or salty food. I've been consistently documenting my eating habits and it's helped me immensely.

@Jake Divljak I haven't focused on my calorie intake and have forgotten about how much nutrion or calories the food I eat have. It's been really positive because I've lost weight and haven't cut down on massive calories a day. It's about being consistent each week and doing better the next week with food.

Hey everyone! last night I brought on a previous client of ours here at Recruit Ready Fitness, Vanessa. Vanessa has been a Law Enforcement officer based in Florida for the past 1.5 years and I wanted to bring her on to ask a few questions about all things day in the life as a Police Officer as well as her own experience with achieving and maintaining a solid level of fitness within her role. Vanessa shared some very valuable insights and seeing as a lot of you here are aspiring to join the Military, Police or a First Responder role, I think you'll gain lots from checking out this Q&A. I will be bringing on current and ex serving First Responders regularly for Q&As like this where you will have the opportunity to tune in, get involved and ask whatever questions you like. These calls will be exclusive to our Recruit Ready Fitness Elite community which includes regular live training calls weekly, full 12 week gym and non gym workout programs, courses, bonus modules and more. Check out the video above when you get a chance! To access Recruit Ready Fitness Elite you can UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT HERE

Intensity Nausea
Hi guys, bit of an odd one but just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this and if they have any tips. So when running in particular I will be feeling good but when I near the end and full on sprint to the finish point… as soon as I stop I feel very sick (doubled over heaving like I’m going to throw up). I try to really focus on deep breaths afterwards and it goes away after a little while but was just wondering why and if it’s a common thing? I assume the more I train at that intensity the more used to it my body will become but it definitely isn’t the nicest feeling 💔😅 Anyone else? x

Keep up the training. Your doing great. It's just you getting used to exercise again. Your body is freaking out due to the intense stimuli you've put your body through. If you haven't done cardio I'm a while, I suggest doing HIIT training or even practising running for 30 seconds as hard as you can then rest for 30 seconds. This will help you body be able to withstand longer periods of running. How this helps 🙏✨

Hi Everyone! I have recently been accepted into the community and I would love to get to know you! My name is Skye and I am 21. I have fitness goals that I am very keen to reach in the next few months! I have recently signed up to a gym to help me with reaching my goals! My goals: - Control my breathing during long distance running - Run 3km 2-3 times a week minimum - Gain more strength in my biceps - Tone my overall body - Be able to do 15 push-ups If anyone has any suggestions/tips on how I might achieve these goals, please comment below. All comments are greatly appreciated! Have a fantastic day🌞

HIIT training!! Will help you with cardiovascular health and putting your body through periodic stress. This will get your cardio fitness up. It sucks at first, but the rewards are amazing.

Welcome! Recruit Ready Fitness is a community where Aspiring & Current Serving Military, Police and First Responders get ongoing help from me & my team to improve their muscular & cardiovascular endurance, create healthy habits and a disciplined approach to their training & nutrition, and ultimately set themselves up for success within their career. Here's what to do first: Step 1: Introduce yourself below with this copy/paste template: What's your nickname? Where are you from?
