โYou canโt control the wind, but you can adjust your sails.โ A great quote for new wholesalers such as myself. This is perfect for if you come to a road block. Go back and reengineer a problem and find the better solution, rather than quitting. Also great for if you get discouraged while talking to sellers or having a negative experience with a seller. Have self control, learn from the experience, and keep searching for some whoโs actually motivated to sell. Know that everything will fall into place and youโre right on track!

@Steve Horn Iโm sorry I forgot to reply! I use xleads ninja mode. If youโre serious about wholesaling itโs really a great investment. However, if youโre not using Xleads then itโs just the same, 5 texts per hour per line and I STRONGLY advise you to use an opt out message in all of your variations. Other than that you should be golden bruv! ๐๐พ
