Debating installing or not putting any in. What do you guys do?

For all in the mentorship, We have officially improved and migrated the Course section to Skool. We will begin sunsetting Mighty Networks and will discontinue uploading new content to that platform after this week. We have more than ever in the new platform and will systematically be updating and/or adding about 20 videos a week for the next few months.

It's recently come to my attention that a lot of people don't realize that they can use their own IRAs in order to invest into real estate deals. Who has an IRA that wants to turn that into an apartment complex?

Anyone have a go to for flooring, I see all kinds of people doing LVP but there's 100 different options and I want a good one that will last and doesn't separate, bow up at the joints, etc.? Thanks
