Something to prove
How many of you feel like you need to prove something just to feel "enough"? - How strong you are. - How successful you are. - How smart you are. For many men the list feels miles long. I used to hate the idea of "proving yourself." It felt like chasing approval from others—my father, my coaches, my friends—always trying to measure up to their judgments. But over time, I’ve reframed this idea. Now, I love the relationship I have with proving something to myself. It’s about showing myself that I can actually do it—whatever “it” might be. Today, I’m introducing something new: The Monday Prompt. Each week, I’ll share a sentence for you to finish in the comments. These prompts are designed to help you reflect, open up, and find the courage to be seen by other men who are on the same journey. This week’s Monday Prompt: I want to prove to myself that I can… Finish the sentence in the comments below. Let’s hear it.

Overcome my debt and financial challenges to be both self sufficient and the provider God has called me to be for my family.
Self-Sabotage?
Good morning men, I'm going to focus a lot of time on Self-Sabotage: What it is and How to break free from. But first, let me ask you, is this something that you have struggled with? If so, what are some behaviors or habits that are currently holding you back from something you want to accomplish?

I absolutely suffer from this. Fear of making the wrong move causes me to become immobile. Then my inactivity causes problems to be greater. I definitely have issues with avoiding things. It’s like hoping something will get better without doing anything about it, which is crazy, right? Lol

Hello, My name is Charles. My favorite movie: Raiders of the Lost Ark It has the perfect blend of action, mystery, comedy and adventure. Where are you from: Indianapolis, IN by way of Cincinnati, OH. What is my goal inside the community: to be a part of a safe space for myself and others to talk about where I fall short with the goal of overcoming those issues and failures. I want to prove that it’s never too late to get your life right and excel higher than we’ve ever been: That we can do better our worst decisions.
