If the 20oz Straight tumbler is 9.3 x 8.2, and the kids 12oz tumbler is 9.3x5.3, what is the sippy cup size?

So I've just started my shop, when I go to Stats it shows 48 visits on the dashboard, if I scroll down to see how that breaks down and click on (Direct & Other Traffic).. it then says no listings, not traffic source breakdown, and not search terms used. So where did the visits go/come from?
