Often it's the relief of the week and with yesterday being about expansion, sometimes it's expanding in uncomfortable ways. Today can be the running way from that... But if you listen to the video, working with expansion can allow for a softening into today... And that's the best way to meet the day of Venus.

As we know, this week I have taken Monday through Friday to post little snippets about the day's energy and how to work with it. This is important in your unfolding process. It's important to understand that, sometimes things are bigger than you, and that bigger than you, helps you balance out some of those things that you will be going through. That bigger than you sensation allows for illumination to pour into the shadowy aspects that Royal up through. Today is no different. Friday is the day of Venus and the day of love. Loving of yourself gets a bad rap. It's seen as being selfish. And here's the secret, we're supposed to be selfish, not selfless at the cost of ourselves By loving ourselves, we allow for that to be felt thoroughly and therefore, we can allow that to pour outwardly to those around us. Including the environment in which we live. In doing that, it's reflected back to us. Love yourself, be selfish
