do we know anything 100% ?
what i am asking is that how do we know for sure that something is true ? , for example if we learnt new information , how can we fundementally verify them ? , if we can't even make sure that our own perception is true ? when do we know we know something ?

Just think from first principles. Everyone else will be worrying about the other unnecessary stuff ie if you are worrying about batteries for example you will think what is the basic component of a battery, what are it's cost, etc. Whereas other people might say oh this brand is better because it's 12v or this is more expensive. Applies to any situation
Why do people still read?
Can anyone here explain why people choose to read books rather than watch videos online? Videos allow for a faster consumption of information relative to a book. Yet many people still decide to read. Why?

Books are more information dense. Videos usually have a certain structure to capture your attention. Good books do not need that because it's assumed you already paid for it plus they are often reviewed by other peers. Though you still have to watch out for authors ego in books, ie fluff.
