Hi Ladies! I am going to keep it real with you on this post! I am going in for surgery tomorrow to fix and encapsulation on one of my breast implants. I've been putting this off, but I really need to do this! So I will be out of pocket the next few days (starting tomorrow) as I get through the hardest part of the recovery process. So... I'm not ignoring you, I just might be medicated lol. I've been on Trazeptide for about 3 months. I'm down 30 pounds and 3% decrease in body fat since June. My C-Reactive Protein was at 6.5 in November. I have Lipedema (connective fatty tissue, chronic inflammation, fibrotic nodules). I'm doing resistance training, cardio 4 times per week, eating whole foods and focusing on protein, fiber and hydration.
