Weekly Football Challenge (March 09-15)
Our weekly football challenges are officially starting, and this is your chance to test yourself and improve every single week. 🔥🐐 Here’s how it works: - A new challenge drops every Sunday - We’ll start simple, but challenges will get tougher over time - This first challenge is to test your skill and fitness level Challenge #1 (March 9-15): 10 + 10 Juggles The goal: 10 consecutive juggles with your right foot, then immediately switch to 10 with your left. No breaks in between. How to participate: - Record your attempt - Post your video in the #Wins chat section - Deadline: Saturday, March 15 at 12AM US time This is about progress, not perfection. Keep pushing, and you’ll see results. If the community shows up strong for these challenges, I’ll consider adding prizes in the future. Drop “I’m in” if you’re taking on the challenge this week. Let’s go. STAY HARD!!! #Wins

Mastering Football Through Subtraction: Less is More
Picasso once said: "It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child." The same applies to football. We spend years learning drills, mastering techniques, adding more skills to our game—only to realise that true mastery comes from removing the unnecessary and focusing on what truly matters. The best players don’t do more.They simplify. Think about Messi. His game is effortless. Every touch, every movement, every decision is refined to its purest form. No wasted steps, no extra touches—just precision. How to Apply This to Your Game 1. The Chisel, Not the Clay—You don’t need to add more skills—you need to refine the ones you have. - What is your natural strength? - What unnecessary movements slow you down? - What habits hold you back? 2. The Essential Compass—Football IQ is about knowing what not to do. - Are you overcomplicating your play? - Are you forcing skills that don’t fit your style? - Are you thinking too much instead of reacting naturally? 3. The Art of Removal—Great players don’t need to be flashy. They are effective. - One-touch when possible. - Direct passes instead of unnecessary dribbles. - Movement off the ball instead of chasing it. 4. The Core Narrative—Your game is your story. - What defines your playing style? - What moments shaped you as a player? - What’s your biggest strength on the pitch? When you remove distractions, bad habits, and over-complication, your true football identity emerges. What is one thing that you are currently doing but know you need to reduce or eliminate completely? STAY HARD!!!

How I 3X’d My Results in Football (And How You Can Too)
Last year, I made huge improvements in my game… this year, I’m on track to triple those gains. Want to know the secret? It’s not a magic drill, a fancy training tool, or some viral workout hack. It’s mentorship. From watching pros, studying their movements, learning from coaches, and surrounding myself with players better than me—I’ve invested more in learning from others than anything else. Think about it: Why struggle to figure things out alone when someone else has already mastered it? Mentorship has had such a massive impact on my game that I’ve made it a core part of my training approach. Here’s how you can find the right mentors to level up your game faster than ever: 1️⃣ Identify Your Weaknesses Be honest—where do you struggle? First touch? Shooting under pressure? Weak foot? Once you know what’s holding you back, you can find the right guidance. 2️⃣ Watch & Learn from the Best You don’t need direct access to Messi or De Bruyne. Break down their game, study their decision-making, and apply their movements to your own training. 3️⃣ Surround Yourself with Better Players Find teammates or training partners who push you. If you’re always the best player in the group, you’re in the wrong group. 4️⃣ Engage in Football Communities Join online forums, training groups, or local clubs. Ask questions, seek advice, and watch how top players train. The best insights often come from small details. 5️⃣ Invest in Coaching & Training Programs If you’re serious, get expert help. A good coach or program can shortcut years of trial and error. (In Progress) 😎 At the end of the day, mentorship isn’t about getting easy answers—it’s about gaining perspective, learning faster, and avoiding the mistakes that hold most players back. The difference could mean 3X better results in half the time. STAY HUNGRY. STAY HUMBLE. STAY HARD.
